What kind of person are you? The type who does things one step at a time? The type who prefers to slowly accumulate rather than going all-in and doing things in a hurry? Well, good on you if you are. But that’s just not how I roll. When I’m at the Poker table I make my moves pretty early. None of this grinding stuff. That sounds like hard work.
And when I hit my favorite buffet at ‘Big Lou’s Diner’ downtown there’s none of this business of starting with the starters, before moving on to the cold cut meats and cheeses, then hitting the pasta, moving onto the chicken and steak, then getting the potatoes and veg and then…no, no.
I stack that plate so high that some of the food at the top practically has vertigo. I’ve sometimes had that plate so full that I’m surprised the potato chips didn’t complain to me that they were feeling claustrophobic.
But the point is that I don’t do things in half-measures. ‘Go the whole way or go home’ as I like to say.
And that’s certainly the case when I’m playing slots. Yeah, it’s nice sometimes to have these games where you get lots of small wins all the time. And some of them let you pick up some pretty tasty wins once you get on the free spins or some other big-paying feature. All good, nothing wrong with that.
But the thing is: nothing beats taking out a Jackpot. It’s the slot equivalent of hitting a Babe Ruth-style home run in baseball, marrying the lady of your dreams or landing that job you’ve been dreaming about since you were a kid. Or in my case, arriving at the buffet table at that time just between the last items of food going up and anyone else arriving.
And because I know I’m not the only one who loves a good Jackpot slot, I’ve compiled a list of all the best ones out there. I’ve reviewed, compared and rated them so you know which ones are great Jackpot games and which ones aren’t worth Jackpots. Well, I’ll let you work out how that sentence ends. I’ll tell you whether Mega Fortune Dreams is just that or your basic nightmare. I’ll give it to you straight whether Hall of Gods deserves its name and whether playing Arabian Nights is or isn’t worth five minutes of your day.
